Overall Project Lead for design and implementation of an Integration Information Management System (IMS) in the role of a sub contractor to the company Tractebel Gas Engineering in Spain (Murgados)

Tractebel Gas Engineering was commissioned by the company Reganosa SA with the setup of an LNG Terminal. The IMS project is a subproject including the design of necessary IT processes, implementation of software components and the data centre setup. The IMS project was assigned to the company Soluziona Consulting (Madrid) at a fixed price. PROSOL took charge of the project lead on customer side.

The following processes were supported:

• Business Processes (Material Management, Plant Maintenance, Financials, Controlling)
• Plant and Pipeline Management (Nomination Management, Gas Control, Production Planning, Vessels Loading/Unloading, Truck Loading)
• Plant Control Process (Measurement Monitoring, Measurement Alignment, Truck Weight Process).

The following software was implemented:

• SAP R/3 (MM, PM, FI, CO)
• OCEN (Gas Control, Scheduling, Vessels Management, Truck Management)
• RTIS PI System (Realtime Information System) Sigmafine (Measurement Control System)
• PCS Plant and Pipeline (Process Control System)
• EMS (Electrical Management System)
• Truck Weight System
• Documentum

The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:

• Quality Assurance for project contents and results documentation
• Involvement and instruction of Tractebel employees
• Organizing and conducting project meetings
• Project coordination and communication
• Schedule and budgetary control
• Status reporting towards Tractebel project management
• Support with process design
