Avanti Uno
PROSOL IT supported Swisscom IT Services with the test management for E-order to cash processes. Objective of the Avanti Uno project was the realization of a standardized and automated process. Customer service is to be cost-effective and efficient. The existing process was improved so that all services and products could be delivered, mapped and charged.
Support of engagement management
The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:
- Recording and analyzing customer needs in the IT Business Mobility group, particularly tender preparation
- Solution design, feasibility, margin and risk calculation
- Project controlling for the duration of contract, monitoring of milestones
eISC Phase II
Development of new SAP functionalities within the framework of the eISC Phase II (e-commerce platform) project in order to replace the existing application
The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:
- Process analysis
- Clarification with the responsible department
- Expenditure estimation
- Creation of business blueprint
- Customizing of logistics module
- Creation of programming guidelines (forms, constraints, etc.)
SAP R/3 SD, MM 4.6
Process analysis, design of target processes, feasibility study and basic concept for the implementation of SAP R/3 SD, MM Release 4.6
The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:
- Project Lead
- Realization of the project for sales, delivery and billing; design of the according debtor, item and price master data
- Recording of current processes and design of target processes using SAP
- Elaboration and quantification of rationalization potentials
- Expenditure estimation for implementing the target processes

- Creation of a basic concept for realizing the project using SAP

Organizational Restructuring
Support of SAP Project Leaders with the creation of business cases for new projects including cost-benefit analysis, project planning and scheduling
Design and implementation of the organizational restructuring of Swisscom in SAP R/3 SD
The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:
- Subproject Lead
- Creation of a basic concept including requirements and consequences for the SAP R/3 SD applications at Swisscom in case of a reorganization of all structures (accounting area/ financial company code, controlling area, sales organizations, purchasing organizations, plants etc.)
- Coordinating integration with other SAP projects
- Support with the creation of new Swisscom-wide guidelines
- Coordinating migration across all SAP modules
- Coordination of and collaboration in the implementation within SAP SD
- Creation of a detailed concept for logistics with all new organizational structures
- Process revision within the new structures
- Coordinating and conducting integration tests
- Centralization of template management
- Customizing
- Review and consolidation of internal and external interfaces
First Level Support
First level support for SAP R/3 SD processing of standard and full service business for communication systems and customer service
The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:
- Recording of Change Requests
- Design and implementation of the new requirements in SAP R/3
- Creation of programming guidelines and provision to the technical support team
- Instruction and training on the job of new project team members
- Creation and updating of training material; training and support of users
- Monitoring of the acceptance procedure together with the client
- Test management for integration and acceptance test
Rollout SAP R/3 SD
Rollout of SAP R/3 SD processing of standard and full service business for communication systems all over Switzerland
The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:
- Supporting project team with rollout
- Coaching of application managers
- Conducting trainings
Implementation SAP R/3 SD
Creation of a DP concept for the implementation of SAP R/3 SD 3.0F for key account order processing of communication systems and subsequent SAP implementation
The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:
- Lead for overall design of the DP application
- Expenditure estimation for the implementation as well as support with project planning
- Support staff position for overall project leadership
- Implementation controlling (customizing, realization of in-house developments and interfaces)
- Coordination with up and down stream interfaces
