Implementation of SAP R/3 FI, CO, SD, MM

The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:

Supporting the department with the implementation of SAP SD module, especially for services
Compiling requirements for mapping services agreements (with clients and other divisions) for selling third-party services
Design of target processes for the new cargo organization as an independent division
Creation of organizational design: sales organization, definition of individual roles, embedding into SBB organization, check and matching of SAP authorizations
Responsible for Change Management
Quality assurance for the implementation of the requirements in SAP
Coordination of interaction with financial and controlling departments
