Implementation/ migration of SAP R/2 RV to SAP R/3

The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:

• Project Lead SAP implementation
• Expenditure estimation, project planning and project coordination, tender preparation
• Analysis of current processes and design of target processes
• Responsible for customizing, documentation, integration test and Go-Live
• Responsible for the design of processes and functions in SAP SD

• Conducting integration tests
• Coaching of SD team with SD customizing (organizational structures, business processes incl. order processing and billing, pricing, account determination etc.)
• Quality assurance for customized settings
• Creation of programming guidelines for the Internet order entry interface
• Creation of a concept for master data migration and coordination with the departments concerned
• Coordination of requirements with financial accounting and controlling departments
• Planning and coordination of integration tests
• Planning of training for all German subsidiaries
• Conducting training for disseminators and key users
• Conducting user training
• Recording of requirements towards SAP SIS (Sales Information System)
• Design and implementation (customizing) as well as testing of requirements in SAP
• Recording of current processes and design of target processes for the business units “Expertise”, “Object inspection” and “Driving license management”
• Target design of SD processes, contract implementation and of the in-house development “Disposition”
• Quality assurance for system documentation, creation of decision proposals as well as for prototyping
