Support with in-house development “ADF Tool” as well as with the interface to SAP R/3. The so-called ADF Tool (ATLAS Dealer Frontend) can be used by authorized dealers for ordering (spare) parts.
Creation of test cases and support with the claim processes during test phase.
The following tasks were performed by PROSOL team members:
- Creation of training material in English for the global ADF Tool rollout and coordination of the acceptance by BMW employees
- Responsible for design and implementation of user requirements towards SAP SIS (Sales Information System)
- Refinement and customizing of returns and claim processes as well as of the process “replacement parts” in SAP R/3
- Creation of test cases as well as conducting and supporting tests (process test, integration test, stress test)
- Implementation in Italy as well as user support and error corrections during implementation phase
